Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO)

As a proud APCO member since 2021, we are dedicated to making meaningful contributions to environmental sustainability by following APCO’s 10 Sustainable Packaging Principles.

Our team rigorously evaluates our packaging designs to enhance material efficiency and actively seeks renewable options, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality for our products. We ensure that our packaging is free from hazardous materials, and we are pleased to report that over 80% of our consumer-facing products now feature Australiasian Recycling Labels (ARL), guiding customers on proper recovery practices at the end of the product's lifecycle.

A significant achievement in our sustainability journey is within our Northern Fin Fish Fishery, where we have successfully replaced plastic fish tub liners with a 100% home compostable alternative. These liners are designed to decompose within 180 days, aligning with our commitment to reducing waste and increasing the use of recycled and renewable materials throughout our operations and product packaging.

We continue to explore new ways to improve our environmental impact and are committed to making steady progress toward a more sustainable future.
